How long does production take?
If the accessory you want to order is not in stock, it takes a week to be produced. Regarding furniture, they are produced to order, so you should expect a month of production.
How long does it take to receive a budget?
For quotes of customized furniture or special orders, the deadlines are two to five business days.
My phone is not on the model list, can you still produce a phone cover?
At re.SK8 we manufacture cases for iPhone, Samsung and Huawei. If you can't find your cell phone model, send an email to email@example.com so we can help you.
What is the product warranty?
In accordance with Portuguese legislation, the pieces are guaranteed for three years. The warranty covers electronic malfunctions and manufacturing defects. Wood is a natural material and its appearance can be affected by the environment (light, humidity, temperature). The warranty does not cover material aging or signs of use, the passage of time, or visible signs of misuse.
Can I find the accessories for sale in any physical store?
If you are curious to see our accessories live, you can visit 58 Surf Shop in Ericeira. We are also present at the Liga Pro Skate events and at the Arts Spot in Telheiras. We are working to expand our points of sale.
And the furniture?
For the moment we do not have a showroom to display furniture. If you would like to see it live before ordering, you can schedule a visit to the atelier and have a closer look at the piece being produced at that moment.
Is it possible to customize the products?
Yes, you can choose the measurements, woods and types of finishes.
Can I choose the colors of re.SK8 products?
You can choose the tone of the wood used in the pieces. The colors depend on the collected and recycled skateboards that are used in each production.
Can I visit the atelier?
Yes, the visit must be scheduled, talk to us in the chat or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be delighted to welcome you.
Can I become a re.SK8 reseller?
Yes. If you have a store and would like to sell re.SK8 products, please contact us at email@example.com.
How can I place an order?
You can order directly on the website by clicking on “Add to cart” and following the checkout steps. If you prefer, we can take care of the order for you, send an email with the desired product to firstname.lastname@example.org or send a message on our social networks, Facebook and Instagram. You can find links to our social media by clicking on the icons at the bottom of the page.
How can I know the status of my order?
You will receive an email whenever the status of your order changes. You can also contact by email for a more detailed answer to email@example.com.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, if the product is not in the production phase, that is, 2 days after ordering.

Yes, if the product is not yet in production.
Why is my order late?
There will only be a delay if the wood/skates are being collected.
Is it safe to buy from re.SK8 online?
Yes, we have all online security systems active and payments are encrypted.
In what currency can I make the payment?
Payment is received in Euros. If you are going to pay in another currency, confirm with your bank the conversion rates that you may be subject to.
What are the delivery deadlines?
For accessories, delivery times for products in stock are 2-3 working days for Mainland Portugal and 4-6 days abroad.
As our pieces are handmade in small quantities, we don't always have everything in stock. The production time is added to the shipping time. If the accessory you want to order is not available, it takes a week to be produced. In the case of furniture, the pieces are produced to order, so you should expect a month of production.
In which countries do you deliver?
We can ship to any country. International shipping starts at €4.99 for accessories. To furniture, contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can estimate the costs. We remind you that international orders may be subject to customs taxes for which we are not responsible.
What carriers do you work with?
Shipments are made via CTT and DHL preferably.
What is the cost of transport?
For accessories, shipping costs start at €2.99 for national shipments and €4.99 for international shipments. For furniture, shipping is done via budgeting because of the difference in weight and measurements of the pieces.

Can I return my order?
The re.SK8 furniture and accessories are completely handcrafted with dedication to the highest quality possible. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can find a solution. In the case of personalized mobile phone cases, we cannot accept returns unless there is an incompatibility with the mobile phone. Get in touch to arrange an exchange.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If it does, take a photo of the defect on a neutral background. Then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the order number and attach the photo. We will send you an email when your request has been processed.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit card payments (MasterCard and Visa) through the platform Pay Pal and MB WAY or bank transfer.
